As a practitioner, I am
eclectic in my approach, using techniques from several theoretical backgrounds depending on the
needs of the client(s). These include:
- Cognitive-Behavioral
- Family Systems
- Psychodynamics
- Brief/Solution Focused Therapy
- Object Relations
Family therapists are
relational therapists.
I am as interested in the individual as I am in the relationships. Seeking balance with both
of these goals in mind is where I believe I can be of the greatest help.
